PRICES

Prices are exclusive of VAT. We constantly review our prices and strive to be the most competitive. www.partyshopnorthwest.co.uk reserves the right to alter prices at anytime. However, the price displayed at the time of accepted order is the price you will pay. All goods purchased are subject to postage/packing and handling charges where applicable. If you require a large quantity of a particular item such as items necessary for a hen or stag night, call us direct as we can often offer you a discount on large quantities. TRADE customers should contact us direct before placing an order. All prices shown are in Pounds Sterling, British.

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK & STOCK AVAILABILITY

If an item you order is out of stock at the time of placing the order and an alternative is available, we will contact you, often by telephone, to offer you the alternative. We will not send an alternative item without your authorisation. If there is no alternative available we will let you know as soon as possible to enable you to source the item elsewhere. To avoid disappointment and unnecessary delays, please ensure you leave a contact number where we can reach you.

All items placed in the shopping basket are assumed to be items to purchase in their own right and will be treated as independent from items which may be out of stock. Therefore please be sure the item/s ordered are suitable for their purpose before placing the order and concluding the sale. We will not take payment until we are ready to despatch your goods.

 

SCREEN PICTURE QUALITY / DESCRIPTION OF GOODS

Please be aware that every novelty retail costume and every novelty item sold on this site are not intended for normal wear/use and the intention is that of a novelty only.

We carry an extensive range of items and constantly source the same item under different packaging allowing us to pass on to you, our customer, the best quality goods at the best prices. Therefore, it is possible the picture on any packaging shown may differ from the packaging sent to you. In the event that there is a change in the packaging and a minor change in the product we guarantee that we will only send you the item if it is of equivalent or superior quality irrespective of the packaging shown on screen. We reserve the right to alter catalogue descriptions insofar as improving descriptions. Please be aware that the colour quality of picture resolution can differ from computer to computer, therefore we advise you not to purchase an item chosen by shade or colour as this cannot be guaranteed. If you require a specific colour of item we suggest you contact us direct to check availability and shade.

CHEQUES: Cheques should be made payable to Pulse Entertainments & Toddlers 2 Teens Ltd. Please be aware that cheques can take up to five working days to clear. Therefore if you are in a hurry for an item we suggest you make payment by debit or credit card. We cannot despatch your order until payment has been cleared.

POSTAL ORDER: Postal orders should be made payable to Pulse Entertainments & Toddlers 2 Teens Ltd. Please ensure you allow sufficient time for your cheque or postal order to reach us. We cannot despatch your order until payment has been completed.

 

         

DAMAGED / LOST / DELAYED

All goods are fully checked by The ONE STOP Party shop staff prior to despatch. Goods leave The One stop Party Shop in appropriate sealed packaging. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure someone is available at the receiving address to sign for or accept the delivery. We advise that should the package be damaged you should refuse delivery and contact us to arrange an alternative item to be sent. Please ensure you write the words ‘DAMAGED PARCEL’ if you receive a parcel which is damaged in transit. We will always try our best to ensure you receive the best attention possible and endeavour to complete sales to your satisfaction. Please ensure you always allow for delays in the delivery of orders by ordering well in advance of your party or event.

 

RETURNS POLICY / CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Unwanted goods – All goods are fully checked prior to despatch.You may return any item purchased from The One Stop Party Shop within 8 days of receipt for exchange, replacement or refund. Please contact us on sales@pulse-entertainers.co.uk for a Returns Number. All goods must be returned in unused, unworn, undamaged and in full saleable condition. The original packaging must be complete and intact. Novelty retail costumes can be opened with care and may be tried for size. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure returned goods are sent in appropriate packaging for their safe return to The ONE STOP Party Shop. It is you or your carriers responsibility to ensure unwanted goods are kept in good condition until safely received by us. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt. It is advisable to use a ‘signed for’ service by the carrier of your choice. Please enclose a letter with the Returns number, your personal details of name and address and confirm the reason for return. Please be aware that without the authorised Returns Number we may not be able to process your return. The ONE STOP Party Shop will fully check all returned items upon return. Where a refund is required under Unwanted goods section this will be either a card transaction refund to Visa or Mastercard if order payment was made by this method or by cheque if order payment was made by postal order/ cheque or cash. All goods returned without fault are subject to £20.00 handling charge. Exchanged goods will be subject to further postage and packing as detailed. From receipt of returned goods by The ONE STOP Party Shop, please allow up to 30 days for a refund.

Faulty Goods - All items are fully checked prior to despatch. However, on occasion you may receive an item with a minor fault therefore you should contact us within 24 hours of receipt where you will be given a Returns Number. You must then return the faulty item within 7 days to:

When damage is caused through misuse, abuse, negligence, wilful damage and/or evidence of mending / attempted mending / alteration has been carried out without authorisation from us The One Stop Party Shop reserves the right to refuse the return. In which case the item will be returned to you in the same condition. At our discretion we may exchange or replace the faulty item after acceptance. However, we regret we are unable to exchange or replace any item until we have received the original item. Where a refund is due under faulty goods section this will be either a card transaction refund to Visa or Mastercard if this was the way in which payment was made or by cheque if order payment was made by postal order/ cheque or cash together with the appropriate refund of postage. From receipt of returned goods by The Party Shop, please allow up to 30 days for a refund. Please be aware that without the authorised Returns Number we may not be able to process your return.

Where a faulty item is found to be in dispute The One Stop Party Shop may seek independent advice by the appropriate Government body

Disputed Items - Should you return goods to us that are disputed as a legitimate return under our Returns Policy/Cancellation Rights section, we reserve the right to return any such goods to you. We will inform you of our reason for not accepting the goods you return. You will be responsible for any charges for handling/postage and packing to return the goods to you. In the event that you no longer require the goods, we will dispose of them. If no further notification regarding said goods is made - 91 days after receipt back to us - goods will be disposed of.
